The diagnostic is a structured research process including interviews, on-site observation if desired, and survey data. It is the basis of everything else we do so we have solid quantitative and qualitative data to build from. The diagnostic creates clarity and a data-driven roadmap so resources are focused where they make a difference.

  • Invitation messaging: draft copy for your senior leader to invite participation
  • Qualitative & quantitative research: designed and conducted for your needs
  • Roadmap and Recommendations Report: clear priorities grounded in your data

We already have EES scores. Do we need research first?

Yes! This process will augment what you already have and is different, more directly linked to strategy. It will help paint a much more complete picture upon which to build an actionable roadmap.

How long does this take?

If we’re organized and work well together, this can happen fast! Usually we’re finished within a month, depending upon your scheduling and availability. Here are the steps:

  1. We’ll have a call or two to listen to your goals, challenges, and current reality.
  2. We’ll draft an email for your most senior leader to send asking people to participate in the survey and/or interviews.
  3. We’ll use an end-to-end encrypted survey tool for quantitative research and interviews or field observation for qualitative input.
  4. We analyze the data and create a Roadmap and Recommendations Report with a video overview you can watch in your own time.
  5. We’ll have a final call for Q and A and next steps.
How much do these services cost?

Pricing for the Leadership Alignment Diagnostic depends upon the size of your organization and if you’d like in-person interviews and participant observation.

The 3-month engagement starts from 7500 CHF per month. Let’s discuss the best approach for your organization.

It’s a way to get to know you and your organization, your challenges and opportunities, fast so that we can move on to even more productive work together.

How much of our time will this require?

Almost none; that’s why you hire me. Here’s how it works:

  1. We’ll have a call or two to listen to your goals, challenges, and current reality. This can take as much time as you allot.
  2. We’ll draft an email for your most senior leader to send asking people to participate. You tailor and send the message.
  3. We use an end-to-end encrypted survey tool for quantitative research and interviews or field observation for qualitative. No time needed from you except scheduling and interview attendance.
  4. We analyze the data, create a Roadmap and Recommendations Report, and record a video overview you can watch in your own time. You review in your own time.
  5. If you’d like, we can have a final call for Q and A and to plan next steps.
What does a typical 3-month engagement look like?

It’s tailored to what you need; we’ll work together to establish the best mix for you. Some organizations use the time to:
